Hey yall....can you believe February is already here?!  Omg, already the year is starting out in fast motion!  So far Ive closed 4 short sales and a few reo's.  Not too shabby.  All my clients are happy!   Today I was called the 'Short Sale Queen'.  It made me laugh to think that one of my clients would refer to me like that, but she said that I had been so helpful and instrumental in helping her navigate through the short sale process, that she felt I was the 'queen'. hehehee.  She said I should do some type of show or video to help others.  Good idea, eh? What about a Q & A of sorts.  Tell me what you think?  Im thinking about it.....
