Calling all renters in Atlanta,a s well as folks that want to buy a home in many of the renovated parts of Atlanta!
Did you know that the City of Atlanta has about $35million dollars of subsidy funds and grant money designed for folks that want to live in the Atlanta area?? I found this out and was floored!! I definitely wished the agent that sold my home to me shared that information with me...it could have changed some things.
But anyhow, I'm here to tell you...if you interested, contact me and let's chat about it. It's for real and I would rather spend all the allotted funds, than to have them sit idle and be reduced next year.
